COVID-19 - Shipping Delays

As COVID-19 continues impacting a majority of countries around the globe shipping delays has cause our shipping time to be longer. As we source many of our products from different parts of the world this has cause us issues with fulfilling your order in a timely manner.

Processing times will be delayed. But, we’ll make sure to notify you ASAP when your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
You can still cancel your order for a refund if you notify us within 48 Hrs of placing order. We are keeping our updated return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order for a full refund. If you have any questions about your order or wish to cancel, please contact us here.

It's a multi-step process that's as follows: After checkout and payment, it takes 24 hours to process your order, and then 7-14 business days to fulfill packaging and ship your order.

Expected delivery is 7-15 days from when you place your order. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

We dispatch OR contact you if there is a problem within 24 hours of receiving an order except those made on the weekend. These orders are dealt with 8 AM Monday (EST+12)

You will receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched. If you selected a TRACKED shipping method this email will contain your tracking number.
